Yes if you let me know I will fit you on my schedule as soon possible.
if my regular cleaning falls on a holiday will you be working?
No if your cleaning lands on a major holiday your cleaning will be scheduled to be done the closest date available before the holiday.

Monday-Friday 7am-5pm occasional Saturdays when needed.

This company is new to business but I have been cleaning for 2 years.
Are you insured?
Yes I am insured.
Is it okay if my pets hang out in the same room as you cleaning?
I am totally fine with your animals as long as they won’t cause harm, if you are at all worried about your animal attacking I would greatly appreciate putting them away for the duration of the cleaning I can always let them out before I leave.
What type of cleaning chemicals do you use on hardwood floors?
I have a few options I have a muti-purpose floor cleaner that is safe for many surfaces, I also use vinegar and water for floors that need more love and upon request, and I also have a lemon oil polish, I am always able to use other products provided by you.
Do you only clean houses or do you clean offices?
I am open to anything!
Do you have your own vacuum?
Yes I have my own vacuum that get maintained and cleaned.
Do you have your own cleaning supplies?
Yes I come in with everything I need but if you want me to use something specific I will do that to.
Am I supposed to tip you for your service?
Tips are not required.
Am I supposed to give you a key or code so you can get in?
If you are not going to be home, I will need a way to have access to your home.
How do you protect my privacy with that key or code?
The keys will be attached to a name not an address.
Do you have a safe place to keep a key or code?
Yes I do I have a lock box for all keys and codes that only I have access to.
Do I need to be home when you come to clean or can I be at work?
No you do not need to be there totally up to you.
Are you the person that is coming to clean my house?
Me and/or my employee will clean your house and it might change but you will be notified.
Is it just you cleaning or are you bringing a team of people with you?
Depending on the job I will be solo or in a team of 2+
Are the people you bring with insured?
All people who work for me will be insured?
How do you prefer to be contacted?
E-mail and text is preferred as I will also be on job sites but you can always call me.
Are you going to tell my neighbors about me, my habits and how messy my house is?
No all information about you and your house is all confidential.
Do you clean the same stuff each time or do you rotate chores?
Unless discussed all the rooms will stay the same but the deep cleans will rotate.
How do you know what type of chemicals to use on different surfaces? how did you learn?
I do extensive research about all products I invest in to make sure I have quality products.
I work from home, will it bother you if I’m home the whole time?
No it does not bother me but I do ask you to communicate to cleaner/s a good time to clean the room you are working in to make sure there is no mis communication and so you and I can both do our jobs.
Do you except credit cards?
Yes I except all forms of payment
If I forget to leave you a check, do you still do the work and let me pay you later or do you skip the cleaning?
If you happen to forget payment I will still move forward with the cleaning and just notify you, if the payment does not get paid before the next cleaning I will not continue with the second cleaning.
